With a little imagination and some creative painting, etc. just about any dog figure will do. I like Reaper miniatures 'The Dogs of War' personally. Plus you get a cool undead dog trainer!

Hell Hounds are constantly engulfed in flames. Any hero in an adjacent square (including diagonals) is so disrupted by the heat, he cannot attack; therefore, the Hell Hound can only be harmed by long-range attacks and magic. Any hero who finds himself in any square surrounding the Hell Hound automatically suffers 1 hit due to the heat and must immediately roll one combat die -
Skull - the hero loses 1 body point and is thrown back one square away from the Hell Hound
Black Shield - the hero loses 1 body point and is thrown back one square away from the Hell Hound
White Shield - the hero loses no body points and is thrown back one square away from the Hell Hound

Hell Hounds are immune to fire spells.

Hell Hounds do not roll attack dice; their only 'attack' is standing beside an opponent in order to burn him.
