Have an extra Barbarian figure? Why not use him as a monster? Barbarians are able fighters, preferring a two-handed sword. They disdain armor, wearing only fur (even during the warmest of summers).

You can use the Barbarian mini for the Barbarian. If you have more than one Barbarian mini, when using the Barbarian as a monster while a Hero is playing the Barbarian you should make them different in some way (paint, a cloth cape, a string for a belt, etc).
